Social housing proposal on a constrained site within the city centre, for 40no. apartments. Planning was achieved by our private developer client, however for a full social housing development, with residents hub and home working spaces on the lower levels. The apartments provided a mix of apartment sizes and tenures, with amenity spaces acc at lower levels and a roof top terrace.
