Create Architecture with a vast Design and Technical expertise. Having worked for some of the Key NE private Architectural practises Craig has a wide range of industry knowledge across multiple sectors, including Hotel & Leisure, Residential, Health, Care and Education. Craig started and built Create Architecture to a successful Design & Technology Studio, with a strong focus on deliverability, modern methods of construction and sustainability. mHaving worked for Howarth Litchfield up until his late 20s, following which he left to follow his own career goals, which included a short period working for one of the national house builders, however returning to private practise as a principle at the age of 28. Predominantly with a Construction Technology background Craig has delivered and led project teams for a number of medium - large size projects, whilst also building up an expansive planning knowledge having secured a number difficult planning permissions in protected areas, within the constraints of heritage assets and large regeneration areas. Craig now heads up the Create Architecture, to expand on the MMC, modular and technical project delivery, whilst also sitting on the board of a number of private development companies.
