We proposed a new residential development on a vacant rear garden plot at Buckland Close, Washington. The scheme includes three executive homes, a new site access from Parkway, Glastonbury Road, and enhanced landscaping to improve the site’s topography. This carefully considered design ensures the new dwellings are in harmony with the surrounding architecture, creating a high-quality, sustainable residential environment.
