Constrained brownfield site, within a residential part of Glasgow, Scotland. The proposal is for a build-to-rent scheme, for a turn key project, for a National BTR provider, and includes communal amenity spaces for residents and the wider facility.

The technical sustainability proposal includes photovoltaic panels, air source pump centralised heating systems and modern methods of construction, MMC2. Architecturally the proposal is being developed as an honest visual aesthetic, with materials chosen referencing nearby buildings. We are to continue the project until handover -plan works stage six and seven.
