Appointed to develop concept proposals for 9,000m² storage and distribution warehouse with a conveyor link and associated ancillary spaces for a cardboard packaging manufacturing plant and developed up to Stage 4, Tender  before working with DRC Consulting (PMQS), Neeco (M&E), Shadbolt (Struc/Civil) and BDB Design and Build (Contractor) to carry out a Value Engineering exercise to enable the scheme to be continued through to Stage 5 with a planned completion in December 2025.
