Delivering the Stage 05 Construction Issue cladding design and scheduling for a 4,000 m² scheme, incorporating Euroclad Vieo 48° and 80° cladding systems alongside 8mm through-fixed Equitone Tectiva panels. The works focused on the external balcony and terraced areas, including coordinated cladding installations and PPC aluminium cappings to ensure durability and a refined finish. Additional elements included the design of cladding and detailing to AOVs and lift overrun areas, as well as the integration of bespoke guttering systems supported by full performance calculations, ensuring both functional efficiency and architectural cohesion across the development.
