Create Architecture Ltd delivered the Stage 05 Construction Issue cladding design and scheduling for a 500 m² refurbishment project, transforming a former Toys“R”Us store with the introduction of a new, contemporary entrance façade. The scheme incorporated Euroclad Rainspan and Kingspan Dri-Design cladding systems, complemented by PPC aluminium cappings and flashings, resulting in a cohesive and modernised appearance that enhances the building’s presence while ensuring durability and performance.
