On Sunday Siân and Richard are taking on The Great North Run, and they’re fundraising for two amazing charities.
Siân is running for 4Louis, a UK charity that works across the country to support anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby or child. We also work to improve the care bereaved families receive from health care and other professionals.
Richard is running for Guide Dogs, they breed, raise, and train specialised assistance dogs to help blind and partially sighted people navigate the world safely and independently. They also provide comprehensive support services, technology training, and campaign for greater accessibility and inclusion in society.
