Residential housing development for 58 newbuild dwellings within the Fens.

Create initially led the outline design for a National Land Agent, achieving successful planning permission on a edge of settlement unallocated / windfall site. The land was heavily constrained including flood zone and ecology. 

We were then retained by a regional developer whom purchased the site, appointing us to amend the planning to suite there requirements, including designing bespoke house types in line with local marketing requirements. Full stage 4 construction information was completed working alongside a wider design team.
