On this project Create acted as Lead Designer. Principal Designer , Architect RIBA stage 2 – 6 for this out of town Leisure led mixed use development, including Cinema, Bowling, Softplay, Gym, Retail and Drivethroughs. 

Create has worked with this client for a number of years including the achieving the initial outline planning permission, and continues to do so on the next phases of the development.
