Lead Designer / Architect RIBA stage 2 – 6, for the refurbishment and extension of this grade 2 listed former Drovers Inn to assist with the growth and development of the Raby Hunt Restaurant and summer house, adopting an honest conservation approach throughout the construction of contemporary extension.

The Raby Hunt went on to become a two Michelin-starred restaurant,  under chef-patron James Close.
